A custom program including fitness, nutrition, and wellbeing is created as a personal guide that focuses on all angles of your health. It will be discussed together in depth but laid out in a simple, easy way to help you start adjusting your habits and lifestyle so we can get to the root cause of your health issues and concerns.
After an initial 60 min consultation, we will still meet regularly as needed via video chat, messaging, and phone calls to change and create new belief systems, new patterns, and new priorities. Physically, mentally, and spiritually we will focus on healing, growing, and balancing all that we juggle in a better way and with a more positive outlook.
Your diet will be outlined clearly for each day, with a grocery list and yummy recipes to boot! You will have workouts based not only on your current fitness level and goals, but also what equipment you may have access to, if any. These programs are created around you AND for you.
In the end my goal will always be to get you feeling your best, appreciating your body, and understanding what healthy means and is for you!
