Healing + Jesus
Health coaching with Mama Beast is so much more than simply learning the basics of wellness and fitness. Although you will also learn the foundational skills for creating the best balanced and healthiest lifestyle for you, included is the faith-based guidance and instruction to see your worth in Jesus..and why that should be priority.
We will focus on adjusting choices and routines during stressful times to help support your physical, mental, and spiritual health. We break down trauma and generational patterns that have been holding us back or may be the reason we turn to the wrong things for comfort. We dive into our relationship with self, family, and most importantly with our Lord and Savior. We conquer the habits of comparison and putting ourselves down. We learn how to heal from the inside out, on a soul and cellular level.
By digging deeper into our why's, we recognize the negative and destructive thought processes we have created for not only ourselves, but for our family and children. The generational illnesses, limited mindset, and lacking belief system stops with YOU when you choose to heal with Mama Beast.
24/7 Coaching
When we say 24/7, we mean it! Get access, support, accountability, and advice as often as you need to be successful.
