I believe that everyone deserves to live a healthy and fulfilling life, this includes enjoyable and purposeful movement. Whether that is weightlifting, taking long walks, learning to play pickleball, or dancing with the kids, I will teach you how to balance your daily activity so you can feel and look your best without the pressure to do hours of excessive, intense training. You will also learn how to appreciate your body for what it does not how it looks, as well as recognize when your body needs to move and when you need to rest. Check-ins are as often as needed to focus on expectations and help redefine the terms "health", "nutrition", and "fitness" in relation to you. I am committed to providing personalized coaching and support as often as is needed to help you achieve your fitness goals and create a sustainable routine that any busy woman or mama can do!
My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters, especially when it comes to what we eat. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to those struggling or who simply do not have the proper knowledge yet to make better, more informed choices. Be prepared to learn that nutrition is not just calorie counting, and what we eat and surround ourselves with has power to change how we feel, how we look, and how we function!
My education, experience, and training allows me to provide you with the tools and habits you need to achieve your goals without the "extremes." As someone who has been in this industry for 15+ years I have seen and heard it all (and been there myself!) and the most common reasons for someone to not get the results they are looking for when attempting to achieve a healthier and happier lifestyle is due to lack of knowledge, awareness, and the ability to create a proper balance in your new routine. When we understand the why behind what we eat and how we move, it is much easier to incorporate it into our lifestyle and not have it feel like a chore. I will help you learn what is best for you to get the results you want, and to keep them with the building of a new relationship with yourself and a new perspective on what healthy is!
My passion, and now mission, is to heal naturally, prioritize our mental and physical well-being, and help women lead by example for the next generation. Along the way, I’ve uncovered a simple truth: our homes can either be sanctuaries of health or breeding grounds for illness. By taking a closer look at our everyday environments and the products we use, I’ve armed myself with the knowledge to create spaces where families can truly thrive.
